Shipping Policy

We have temporarily suspended orders that ship to the US. The new, complicated and often-changing tariffs and the abolition of the de minimis exemption are likely to cause frustrating delays and extra costs for our valued customers which we would rather avoid. We hope to resume normal service at some point in the near future. We apologise for any inconvenience, and thank you for your patience during this most testing time for small and micro businesses worldwide x

Order processing times

Our orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During seasonal times like Christmas, order processing can take up to five business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping times

We ship from Ireland. We currently ship to multiple destinations worldwide, including Ireland, Europe, Norway, Switzerland, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Due to the complicated laws resulting from Brexit, we do not ship to the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) from this website. David Meredith's Bonsai Bronzes are always available for customers in the UK in our Etsy store, so please do pop on over there if you're looking for tiny wildlife and nature sculptures.

Orders shipping within Ireland will arrive within 1-3 business days (excluding processing times).

Orders shipping internationally will take longer. As a rough guide, you can expect the following arrival times (this is an estimate, not a guarantee):

Europe, Switzerland & Norway: 5-15 business days Canada: 6-40 business days Australia & New Zealand: 4-40 business days

Shipping costs

Postage costs vary depending on the destination country. Where two options are shown, standard shipping is untracked and the upgraded option is fully tracked.

Ireland: €6.50 (standard) · €13.00 (tracked) Europe, Norway & Switzerland: €8.00 (standard) · €17.00 (tracked) Canada: €10.00 Australia & New Zealand: €11.00

Free shipping is available with a minimum spend as detailed below. Orders qualifying for free shipping will automatically be sent via our tracked service.

Ireland: €100 Europe, Norway & Switzerland: €150 Canada, Australia & New Zealand: €200

Local pickup

We don't currently offer a local pickup service.

Local delivery

Some of our items for sale are only delivered by hand, not through the postal system or by courier, and are therefore only available to our customers in Ireland. Products meeting this criteria will be highlighted on the website as not being available for regular shipping, and delivery details will be clearly shown in the product listings.
